ВПЛИВ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ НА ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ РОЗВИТОК УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу глобалізаційних процесів та їхнього впливу на інноваційний розвиток. Акцент зроблено на можливості та проблемах реалізації стратегії прориву в Україні. Проаналізовано особливості стратегії проривного розвитку (leapfrogging), яка передбачає випереджальний розвиток через використання передових технологій та уникнення традиційних етапів поступової модернізації. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу міжнародного досвіду реалізації стратегії, її впливу на конкурентоспроможність країн. Особливу увагу приділено викликам, які стоять перед Україною на шляху інноваційного розвитку, зокрема недостатньому рівню фінансування наукових досліджень, відтоку висококваліфікованих кадрів, низькій інтегрованості науки та бізнесу, обмеженій присутності українських технологічних компаній на світових ринках. Запропоновано можливі шляхи їх подолання, серед яких розширення програм підтримки стартапів, вдосконалення освітніх ініціатив у сфері STEM-освіти, розвиток механізмів грантового фінансування інноваційних проєктів.
