MOTIVATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN MOTIVATION ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Purpose is a theoretical study of motivation in the context of enterprise motivation and motivation of economic activity, as well as evaluating business motivation and motivation of the state in a competitive environment. Methodology of research. In the process of research, the following methods were used: scientific substantiation - in determining the value of motivation from the point of view of psychology and use in the economy; the comparison - in the context of enterprise motivation and motivation of economic activity; graphic – for interpretation of the main categories that form the motivation business. Findings. Business enterprises today must be viewed in the context of motivation through incentives company, and the motivation of its economic activity. These concepts allow to make a comprehensive assessment of the needs of enterprises functioning in an environment based on the characteristics of economic activity. It is substantiated that entrepreneurship motivation can determine business needs and the impact of economic activities, and motivation of the state is to use the tools of regulation and deregulation to create conditions for enterprises through motivation strategy hypercompetition. It is determined that further research should relate to the motivation of one type for another type of economic activity. To do this, use the best features of the analytic environment operation, because it allows companies to assess the position as against the marginal component (Line performance), and other entities functioning environment. Originality. Found that using approaches the efficiency of enterprises, entities may be measured not only in terms of financial condition, competitiveness and productivity, but also the motivation of economic activity. Practical value. Stated in the article design can be used to identify the most attractive (motivating) as economic activities within the national economy, and particular region.
