MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT IN TOURISM ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article examines the motivational factors that influence the implementation of inclusive development by tourism enterprises. The purpose is to identify and classify the key determinants that stimulate or restrain enterprises in implementing inclusive practices and to substantiate a conceptual model of motivation integrating economic, organizational, regulatory, socio-value and informational factors. The author’s contribution lies in revealing the multidimensional nature of motivational drivers and in developing a structured model that explains how external incentives interact with internal managerial processes to shape strategic decisions on inclusivity. The scientific novelty consists in proposing a theoretical and methodological motivation model which, unlike existing descriptive approaches, conceptualizes motivation as a dynamic and interconnected system of determinants, which will enable a more comprehensive assessment of business readiness for inclusive transformation and provide analytical tools for identifying the most effective levers of influence. The model reflects the progression from the perception of market and institutional stimuli to the evaluation of opportunities and risks, decision-making, operational implementation of inclusive measures and feedback based on achieved effects. The practical significance of the findings is demonstrated through recommendations aimed at enhancing enterprise motivation, including strengthening regulatory and financial support mechanisms, improving inclusive HR policies, raising awareness of the economic potential of inclusive tourism and promoting cooperation with civil society and veteran organizations. The conclusions highlight that inclusive development can transform into a strategic component of competitiveness and resilience for tourism enterprises, provided that appropriate incentives, managerial capacities and supportive societal conditions are ensured. Such an approach is particularly important for the sustainable recovery and modernization of Ukraine’s tourism sector.
