EUROPASS – THE BASIS OF EUROMOBILITY

Abstract

The attractiveness of employment abroad interests an increasing number of people employed in various spheres, industries, and levels of activity. The main stimulating factors for increasing the level of interest are the intensification of European integration processes and large-scale invasion. The intensification of European integration processes contributes to the possibility of using various tools that improve the adaptation of the domestic population to the world space. Such tools apply to all spheres of life and simplify the process of finding housing, work, education, movement, etc. European integration processes and large-scale invasion have increased the need for certain search tools, which has led to an increase in the breadth of their coverage of the domestic population. An effective tool that allows the domestic population to position themselves, applying for a certain job on a par with the indigenous population of another country, is EUROPASS. The effectiveness of this tool is enhanced by the possibility of its use by a person without being abroad. That is, a person can leave the country only when he receives an attractive or desirable offer for work or study. However, one part of the population does not know about the existence of such a tool, another does not have access to it, a third does not use it due to misunderstanding, etc. Accordingly, the need to convey the need to familiarize oneself with this tool, its features, principles and possibilities of use becomes particularly relevant. Based on the results of the analysis of the presented interpretations, the essence of the concept of EUROPASS is specified. The structure of EUROPASS is presented and described, including: autobiography template (resume); diploma supplement; certificate supplement; language passport; Europass mobility document. The features and content of the key component of EUROPASS - the resume - are considered in detail. The main stages of the formation of EUROPASS are highlighted. The advantages and difficulties of its formation and use are substantiated. Recommendations for the effective adaptation of this tool to the domestic space are given.
