ANALYSIS, STUDY OF DEFINITIONS AND PRERECONDITIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

Abstract

The purpose of article is the need to highlight the importance of the definitions and semantic meanings of the definition of alternative energy in research, as they changed in the process of development and improvement of the energy industry itself and its infrastructure. To achieve the goal, a number of scientific publications, both Ukrainian and foreign publications based on research in the field of alternative energy, were developed and analyzed, definitions from the legislation of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts, statistical and other documents were singled out. This article is a theoretical basis for studying and a basis for researching the development of alternative energy in Ukraine on the example of Europe and our country, namely the implementation of European practices and definitions in the modern realities of Ukrainian energy. It should be noted that today alternative energy should become an important alternative for energy consumption in society after military damage to our energy infrastructure by the russian enemy. Today, alternative energy sources in Ukraine are not used to their full potential, and many alternative energy production facilities have been destroyed and robbed. When writing the work, a number of methods were used to achieve the goal, namely the method of analysis and comparison; method of analysis and synthesis; historical method. These approaches made it possible to analyze the possibility of adapting the experience of European countries to Ukrainian realities, introducing advanced technologies and possible innovative approaches for the development of alternative energy and its infrastructure in Ukraine. Having studied all possible directions for the development of alternative energy in Ukraine, it is possible to form a clear algorithm for the development of alternative energy, using the experience of advanced countries and organizations that prioritize the development of the studied industry and its infrastructure, its impact on the development of the national economy and the benefit for the development of rural areas. Therefore, the relevance of this research topic is indisputable at this stage and is important both for society and for the state in general.
