Анотація

У статті здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та систематизацію підходів до ризик-менеджменту проєктів у сфері культури з урахуванням їх соціальної, кадрової та організаційної специфіки. Доведено, що культурні проєкти функціонують в умовах підвищеної невизначеності, ресурсної нестабільності та високої залежності від людського чинника, що формує багатовимірну структуру ризиків. Проаналізовано обмеження універсальних моделей управління ризиками та обґрунтовано доцільність їх галузевої адаптації. Запропоновано класифікацію ризиків культурних проєктів за управлінськими зонами впливу та розроблено адаптовану циклічну модель ризик-менеджменту, інтегровану з процесами управління соціальним розвитком персоналу, що сприяє підвищенню стійкості, керованості та результативності культурних ініціатив.
