МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ВПЛИВУ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ НА ФОРМУВАННЯ ESG-ОРІЄНТОВАНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ АГРАРНИМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ
Анотація
Метою статті є розробка концептуальної моделі впливу корпоративної культури на формування управління орієнтованого на принципи екологічності, соціальної відповідальності та ефективного управління аграрними підприємствами в умовах глобальних викликів сталого розвитку, європейської інтеграції та війни. Синтезовано теоретичні підходи до корпоративної культури, з урахуванням специфіки аграрного сектору, та створенні адаптивної моделі трансформації, що враховує локальні бар'єри, такі як опір змінам та обмеженість ресурсів. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в інтеграції елементів корпоративної культури з ESG-принципами через авторську триетапну, базовану на системному підході. Практичне значення результатів полягає в рекомендаціях для трансформації корпоративної культури: від діагностики до KPI-прив'язки винагород, а також у пропозиціях для держави та освіти.
