ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ТЕОРІЙ ПРЯМИХ ІНОЗЕМНИХ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙ: ВІД КЛАСИЧНИХ КОНЦЕПЦІЙ ДО СУЧАСНИХ АДАПТАЦІЙ
Анотація
У статті досліджено еволюцію теоретичних підходів до аналізу прямих іноземних інвестицій від класичних концепцій до сучасних адаптацій в умовах цифрово-зеленої трансформації. Доведено, що класичні теорії, попри свою історичну значущість, демонструють обмеженість у поясненні сучасних реалій ЄС, де цифровізація, зелений перехід та інтеграційні процеси визначають нові пріоритети інвестування. Обґрунтовано необхідність адаптації традиційних моделей до нових викликів, що знайшло відображення у запропонованій автором моделі Digital-Green OLI (DG-OLI). Висновки свідчать, що синтез еклектичної парадигми OLI, доповненої DG-OLI, із теорією інвестиційного розвитку формує надійну основу для аналізу ролі країн-членів ЄС у глобальних інвестиційних процесах та для розробки ефективної інвестиційної політики в умовах глобальної невизначеності.
