Authors whose articles are published in Open Access retain all copyrights and grant the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research that have not been considered for publication in other journals.

The author warrants that the submitted material:
- does not infringe the copyright of any other person or organization;
- has not been previously published by other publishers or submitted for publication to other publications.

The rights granted by the author to the Editorial Board of Sustainable Development of Economy include, in particular, the rights to:
- publication of the article in Ukrainian or English and distribution of the printed version of the article;
- translation of the article into English (for articles in Ukrainian) and distribution of the printed version of the translation;
- distribution of the electronic version of the article as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian) by any electronic means (placement on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The author reserves the right, without the consent of the Editorial Board and the Founders:
- to use the materials of the article, in whole or in part, for educational purposes;
- to use the materials in the article, in whole or in part, for their own dissertation;
- to use the materials in the article to prepare abstracts, conference proceedings, and oral presentations;
- in all cases, a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is mandatory.

Open access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0. This license allows others to distribute, edit, modify, and build upon your work, even for commercial purposes, as long as you provide proper attribution.

Authors' responsibilities

Authors must guarantee that the work presented is original and has not been published elsewhere in any language. If authors have used the work and/or words of others, appropriate references should be provided.

Authors of original research should accurately describe the work performed and characterize its significance. The text of the research should include sufficiently detailed information and references. Fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate statements are unethical and unacceptable.

An author should not submit text describing essentially the same research to more than one journal. Simultaneous submission of a manuscript to more than one journal is unethical and unacceptable.

Proper acknowledgement of the work of others should always be included in the submitted research paper. Authors should identify and cite publications that have influenced their research.

Authors should also take into account the following: the Editorial Board of the journal strictly controls excessive (no more than 2 or 3 references) and unjustified citation of their own publications; in case of detection of such phenomena, such articles will not be accepted for publication.

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a substantial contribution to the conception, design, or interpretation of the research presented. All those who have made substantial contributions should be listed as co-authors. Applicable copyright laws and conventions must be followed.
