APPARATUS FOR THE CONTROL OF OUTSOURCING AS THE MAIN BODY OF MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING OUTSOURCING SERVICES
Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the substantiation of necessity of the creation of apparatus for the control of outsourcing as the main body of management in the process of providing outsourcing services. Methodology of research. The theoretical basis of research is the scientific works of domestic scientists, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine. General scientific and special methods were used in the research process. The dialectical method – allows you to consider objectively the necessity and advantages of the creation of apparatus for the control of outsourcing. The method of induction was used by hovering criteria of strategic and operational management. Deduction method was used in the creation of the main provisions of outsourcing contract. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used for creating the model of apparatus for the control of outsourcing, in the development of criteria for evaluating selection of the outsourcer and others. Methods of formal logic and systematization were used in the process of writing a scientific article. Findings. It has been proposed the criteria of strategic and operational management in the process of using outsourcing. The stages of using outsourcing by stages and types of management have been systematized. The model of apparatus for control of outsourcing has been created. It consists of five elements (organizational structure, infrastructure, methodology, evaluation criteria and management support). The structure of the control apparatus of outsourcing has been considered. An evaluation criteria and necessary conditions of choice of outsourcer were presented. Originality. Scientific novelty consists in the proposal of the creation of apparatus for the control of outsourcing that allows providing quality control of services performed, coordinating joint actions aimed at optimizing costs, promptly identifying risks and respond to them quickly. Practical value. Apparatus for the control of outsourcing allows the enterprise to reduce the number of errors in the work, reduce the cost for the implementation of the outsourcing project. Accumulation of knowledge and technology in one device allows you to manage effectively by outsourcing projects and save time and money.
