IMPROVING THE USE OF SITUATIONAL MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN INSTRUMENT-MAKING ENTERPRISES IN THE MUNICIPAL ECONOMIC SYSTEM
Abstract
Purpose. Identification of vectors improvements of using situational enterprises management in municipal the economic system. Methodology of research. The main provisions of fuzzy set theory, business management and scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars have become methodological principles of the research. The following methods were used: dialectical method of knowledge – for determining the need of situational enterprise‟s management in the municipal economic system; monographic, logical and systematic analysis – for creating the evaluation model of the formation level of possible directions of technology management modernization on instrument making enterprise in municipal economic system; abstract logical and others – to justify the importance of social approaches to modernization of technology management. Findings. The necessity of using situational enterprise‟s management in municipal the economic system is justified. The situational management should be aimed to overcoming the uncertainties and risks arising in the activities of the enterprise. The author presented her vision of situational management technology of instrument-making enterprises in the municipal economic system according to with it is a set of measures and actions to overcome the uncertainties and risks that arose during the functioning of the enterprise, and can influence on the reduction (or elimination) of their negative consequences through information-analytical, social, economic, organizational activities. The assessment model of the possible modernization directions of the instrument-making enterprise management technologies in municipal economic system is built and the evaluation results obtained by use this model. Originality. The enterprise management theory received the further development including the depth of its conceptual principles regarding formalization of management processes. Practical value. The results can be the basis for further research of theoretical and applied nature related to the development of mechanisms and appropriate tools for enterprise technology management modernization in accordance with the requirements of sustainable economic development.
