INSTITUTIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF PROVISION AN EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR WITH THE HELP OF DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Purpose is to offer the integral systemic approach to analysis and building mechanism of corporate management by integrated agricultural enterprise that helps to research all processes as a whole. Methodology of research. To achieve the goal in the research process, the following methods have been applied: the system approach, which determined that for most integrated agricultural enterprises a business type of management is inherent and theoretical generalization - to justify the need for the formation of the institutional and economic mechanism of corporate governance of an integrated agrarian enterprise. Findings. The methodical recommendations concerning the formation of the institutional and economic mechanism of corporate management by the integrated agrarian enterprise as a means of ensuring the effective activity of the agrarian sector were offered. The corporate model of integrated formation on the principles of corporate governance was formulated. The components of the corporate governance mechanism were classified. The variants of joint functioning of the board of directors and the executive body of corporate management were offered. A complex institutional chart-model of management and stages of implementation of the strategy for the development of integrated formation on the basis of corporate governance has been completed. The scheme-model of the stages of formation of the institutional and economic mechanism of corporate management with integrated agrarian formation on the principles of corporate governance was proposed. Originality of research is to deep already existed and to develop the new theoretical and practical provisions and recommendations about formation institutional and economic mechanism of corporate management by integrated agricultural enterprise that offers opportunity to research all processes like the whole of consequences of stages and steps of decision making about formation of integrated structure. Practical value. These results can be used like recommendation base and be directed to solve the problem with formation institutional and economic mechanism of corporate management by integrated agricultural enterprise; can be used to improve existed mechanism of corporate management.
