SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY, INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES AND THEIR INVESTMENT SUPPORT IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION AND DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article studies the issues of substantiation and development of the system of management of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises and their investment provision in the context of European integration and digitalization. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that innovations and their implementation are becoming a new trend, providing enterprises with a new level of development and growth of competitiveness, which is especially flawed in the context of the country's membership in the EU, the possibility of economic market European integration, a wide representation of its goods and technologies in European markets. That is why domestic enterprises are trying to actively implement the best practices and modern technologies in their work, significantly changing the processes of both management and ensuring the automation of production and operational processes. This leads to an increase in the weight, importance of innovations and the introduction of innovative activity of the enterprise as the basis of economic development. However, the introduction of innovations requires the formation of an appropriate favorable investment environment and investment support for the development and implementation of innovative projects. As a result of the research, the conceptual and methodological foundations of the system of management of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises and their investment support in the context of business digitalization and European integration with the active use of systemic, process, target, project, other scientific approaches and a number of general and specific management principles have been determined, the main components and elements are structuredmanagement systems of innovation activity of the enterprise, namely: management subjects, management objects, scientific approaches, management principles, regulatory, legal, methodological, financial and investment support, personnel support with the formation of the appropriate structural unit, information support, technical and technological material support, management mechanism with appropriate methods and means of management tools.
