FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECTONICS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC MODEL RESILIENCE: INSTITUTIONAL, PARTNERSHIP, AND GOVERNANCE MECHANISMS

Keywords: socioeconomics, development resilience, functional architectonics, institutional mechanisms, cross-sector partnership, human capital, social capital, digital inclusion, sustainable development

Abstract

The article substantiates the concept of the functional architectonics of socio-economic model resilience as an integrated system of institutional, partnership and governance mechanisms that ensure long-term adaptability and viability of economic systems under conditions of uncertainty and structural transformations. The study proceeds from the interdisciplinary foundations of socio-economics, which interpret economic processes as embedded in social norms, cultural values and institutional frameworks. It is argued that resilience cannot be reduced to macroeconomic stability indicators but should be understood as the result of coordinated interaction between institutional rules, organizational structures, social capital, human development, environmental responsibility and digital transformation. The paper systematizes key functional mechanisms of resilience, including institutional support, cross-sectoral cooperation, mixed financing and social investment, socially oriented entrepreneurship, human capital development, territorial planning, corporate social responsibility, digital inclusion, environmental and energy efficiency, and the formation of trust and social capital. Special attention is devoted to the role of institutions in reducing transaction costs and ensuring predictable interaction among economic agents. Partnership between the state, business and civil society is considered a driver of inclusive growth and social innovation. Human capital investments are defined as a foundation of knowledge-based economy and long-term competitiveness. The research demonstrates that ecological modernization, circular economy principles and renewable energy development integrate economic growth with environmental sustainability, while digital platforms expand access to services and stimulate participation. Social capital and trust are identified as critical intangible resources that enhance cooperation and collective efficiency. The functional architectonics approach allows resilience to be interpreted as a reproducible governance practice rather than a declarative objective. The findings provide a methodological basis for strategic management and public policy aimed at inclusive, adaptive and sustainable socio-economic development in the BANI environment.
