COMPONENT STRUCTURE OF THE ECOSYSTEM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES: SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES AND THE GROWTH PARADIGM
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the component structure of the ecosystem for the development of entrepreneurial structures within the framework of modern scientific approaches and the growth paradigm. The relevance of the research determined by the transformation of the business environment under the influence of globalization, digitalization, and increasing uncertainty, which requires a systemic understanding of entrepreneurship development beyond traditional linear models. The ecosystem approach substantiated as a conceptual basis that allows integrating economic, institutional, social, financial, innovative, and infrastructural components into a holistic system of interaction. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize the key components of the entrepreneurial development ecosystem and to substantiate their role in ensuring sustainable growth of entrepreneurial structures. The research methodology based on general scientific and special methods, including analysis and synthesis, structural and functional analysis, comparative analysis, and conceptual generalization of existing theoretical models. The article identifies the core components of the ecosystem, including institutional support, human capital, financial resources, innovation infrastructure, market environment, and socio-cultural factors. Particular attention paid to the interconnections and synergistic effects arising from the interaction of these components, which create favorable conditions for entrepreneurial growth and resilience. The growth paradigm interpreted as a dynamic process driven by innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning within the ecosystem. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive structuring of the entrepreneurial ecosystem components and the integration of the growth paradigm into the analysis of entrepreneurial development. The practical significance of the results consists in their applicability for the formulation of state and regional entrepreneurship support policies, as well as for the strategic planning of entrepreneurial structures in conditions of economic transformation.
