Abstract

This article explores the contemporary state and development of innovative approaches in enterprise crisis management within the context of increasingly dynamic international economic relations. The study emphasizes the growing impact of global market fluctuations, cross-border competition, and geopolitical risks on the formation of effective anti-crisis strategies. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and advanced analytical tools that enhance the ability of enterprises to detect early signs of crisis and implement timely response measures. The article highlights how innovative management models, strategic flexibility, and the introduction of technological modernization contribute to strengthening the resilience and sustainability of enterprises operating in a globalized environment. It also examines the influence of international regulations, trade policies, foreign investment flows, and global supply chain transformations on the effectiveness of crisis-management practices.
