DIGITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES AS AN TOOL OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of using digital technologies issues by agricultural enterprises as a tool for anti-crisis management. It is established that agricultural enterprises operate under the conditions of activity extreme uncertainty, which requires the establishment of effective anti-crisis management capable of predicting risks, minimizing their consequences and ensuring the continuity of business operations. The types of main risks that accompany the activities of agricultural enterprises are summarized and, in accordance with them, the main tasks of anti-crisis management are highlighted, the achievement of which is facilitated by digital tools. A review of digital technologies used by agricultural enterprises is carried out at the stages of monitoring and crisis management, as well as by areas of its activity. It is argued that ensuring the observation and prediction of crisis phenomena is provided by digital tools that allow for early detection and forecasting of potential threats, which contributes to the transition from reactive to proactive management. The digital tools that form the information support of anti-crisis management are characterized: remote sensing of the Earth, unmanned aerial vehicles, meteorological platforms and models, predictive models based on artificial intelligence. It is proven that at the stage of management, analysis and decision support it is advisable to use digital technologies that aggregate data from various sources and convert them into management information for the management of agricultural enterprises. It is emphasized that monitoring and response to crisis phenomena is carried out by digital tools that provide real-time data collection directly from fields, equipment and infrastructure facilities. It is substantiated that in the system of anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises, digital tools of financial support, insurance and transactions play an important role, which are focused on increasing the financial stability of enterprises and simplifying access to financial services. which is critically important in a crisis period. Digital technologies used by agricultural enterprises are highlighted to ensure the stability of supply chains and rapid adaptation to changes under market conditions. It is emphasized that agricultural enterprises need to ensure the use of digital technologies for communication with stakeholders, training and coordination of employee actions. It is concluded that today, agricultural enterprises are offered a wide range of multifunctional digital technologies that are capable of comprehensively solving all the tasks of anti-crisis management, provided that they are combined into a single ecosystem.
