TRANSFORMATION OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF A CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE IN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC INSTABILITY: EXPERIENCE OF LLC «BK DAO»
Abstract
The purpose of the study is a comprehensive assessment of the transformation of the financial security of the construction company LLC "BK DAO" in conditions of economic instability by analyzing the structure and dynamics of financing sources, indicators of financial stability, liquidity, profitability and business activity in 2022–2024, as well as determining priority areas for increasing solvency and strengthening financial security. In the process of the study, a set of general scientific methods was used - analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, abstraction, as well as special economic and statistical tools: comparative analysis of financial statements, coefficient method, methods of trend and factor analysis, economic and mathematical modeling and forecasting. This provided the opportunity to trace the influence of external and internal factors on the financial dynamics of the enterprise. The results of the study allowed us to identify key problems in the financial support of the construction business, including: instability and insufficient diversification of financing sources, low profitability of production and economic activities, unevenness and imbalance of cash flows, which reduces investment attractiveness and complicates planning. A number of measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of financial management: optimization of the capital structure with an emphasis on the balance of own and borrowed funds, implementation of more effective budgeting and controlling systems, improvement of current asset management policy, application of risk management tools and digital technologies in the field of finance. The scientific novelty lies in an integrated approach to assessing financial stability, which combines classical coefficient methods and elements of economic and mathematical modeling, as well as in the development of practical recommendations for adapting the financial strategy of the enterprise to the conditions of the modern turbulent economy. The practical significance of the work is manifested in the possibility of using its results not only for the development and implementation of financial stabilization measures at the enterprise under study, but also for increasing the financial stability and efficiency of similar business entities in the construction industry of Ukraine.
