PRICING IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROCESS OF SOCIETY

Abstract

This article is devoted to a rather important economic category and in particular to pricing as a component of the economic management method, and in particular as a tool that ensures the process of cost management in the production sector. Today, price is a barometer of qualitylife of society and their mood and optimism. After all, price as an economic category is the ultimate indicator that characterizes a product and at the same time fully takes into account the interests of all participants in the process of commodity exchange, namely producers and consumers, and is an important factor influencing the development of the economy. In addition, the price is used to implement financial relations, stimulate the development of scientific and technological progress, and form the structure of consumption and commodity circulation. We proceed from the fact that the price is a category of commodity production, which serves the exchange processes that occur in various socio-economic formations and acts as a lever of influence on social reproduction. In particular, the price serves all stages of social reproduction, which, as is known, are production, distribution, exchange and consumption. Inaddition, the price participates in solving the diverse socio-economic problems of society and is an important factor influencing the development of the economy. The article reveals the essence, meaning and content of commodity production, as well as the historical motives of its occurrence. The essence of the product, which is the product of the work of the manufacturer, which goes beyond the limits of manufacture and is made for the purpose of exchange or sale, is disclosed. Particular attention is paid to the formation of the price of manufactured goods, taking into account that the price is a category and cost both concurrent, which is quite important given the current state of development of market relations. The article reveals the value and role of individual components of the elements in pricing. Price and the pricing process play a very important role today. After all, positive and particularly effective results of an enterprise or other form of production activity will be achieved where a fully scientific approach to price formation is implemented on a calculated basis. Today, the pricing system should be built in such a way as to stimulate the acceleration of scientific and technological progress, involve new technological processes in production, promote resource conservation, and achieve effective, profitable results.
