ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE USE OF NON-CURRENT ASSETS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of organizational and methodological support for analyzing the efficiency of use of non-current assets in higher education institutions. The author identifies the non-current assets that ensure the educational process of higher education institutions, namely: fixed assets (buildings and structures, educational equipment and machinery, furniture and inventory, vehicles, special purpose objects, etc.); intangible assets (copyright and related rights, software, databases and information resources, intellectual property of an educational institution, digital educational technologies); capital investments in progress (costs of acquisition, renewal, modernization of non-current assets that ensure the educational process). The author proposes to organize the analysis of the efficiency of use of non-current assets of higher education institutions that provide the educational process by implementing such stages as: setting the objectives of the analysis, identifying the objects of analysis, developing an analysis methodology, organizing the collection of information for analysis, analyzing and processing the data obtained, interpreting the results of the analysis, and making management decisions. An integral index for assessing the efficiency of the use of non-current assets that ensure the educational process of higher education institutions has been developed using the formula Ina = 0.88* Ifa +0.04* Iia +0.08* Icip. (Ina is the index for assessing the efficiency of the use of non-current assets that ensure the educational process of higher education institutions; Ifa is the index for assessing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets that ensure the educational process; Ime is the index for assessing the efficiency of the use of intangible assets that ensure the educational process of higher education institutions; Ibat is the index for assessing the efficiency of the use of non-current assets that ensure the educational process of higher education institutions).
