MANAGEMENT AS A KEY TO SUCCESS IN MODERN MARKET ECONOMY CONDITIONS

Abstract

This publication examines the role and significance of an extremely important issue, namely management and its role in modern conditions, which today is one of the determining factors in the development of the economy both at the enterprise level and at the state level. After all, it is in the process of managerial work that the joint activities of many participants in development are combined economic growth of production processes that work to expand and increase resource potential, which allows for increased production of products, services and ensuring economic growth of business entities. In this publication, we show the fact that management methods are especially relevant during the period of formation of market conditions that provide business enterprises independently form prices for products or services, independently choose suppliers of necessary resources, as well as introduce one or another form of remuneration as the main incentive for employees of the enterprise, etc. Considering this, it is precisely the wide and skillful use of management functions and methods that makes it possible to avoid undesirable iscalculations, or even prevent certain risks in economic activity. The article also shows that in today's conditions the role of the manager is growing, because in our conditions the manager must constantly predict the development of events in the economy, create a new market. This article shows quite meaningfully how economic management methods contribute to the performance of certain interrelated relevant management functions. Some examples of achievements in agricultural enterprises of the Volyn region due to the use of effective management methods are given. The article reflects the role of management functions and methods that ensure the effective work of the personnel of an enterprise or firm, the content of which includes the necessary economic and social aspects. Here we mean the correct and full application of the mentioned methods and functions, which are closely related and involve both planning and implementation of the intended results with comprehensive motivation of work. That is, through the complex process of managerial work, to achieve the main goal of management, namely obtaining significant results of its activities while ensuring profit. It would be appropriate to recall that ancient philosophers believed that the cause of the impoverishment of society, as a rule, is the lack of proper management. The article presents some examples of achievements in agricultural enterprises that we have studied Volyn region thanks to the use of effective management methods. So, we conclude from the researched sources that management today is actually a reliable assistant and a guarantee for achieving the desired success.
