DIGITALISATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to investigate how digitalisation is changing the paradigm of corporate financial management, to determine the importance of digital technologies for a modern company and the role of digitalisation in providing access to a huge amount of data. The article examines the nature and characteristics of digital transformation in corporate financial management in the context of the transition to a post-industrial economy. The authors focus on the paradigm shift in financial management under the influence of the latest digital technologies, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, the Internet of Things, big data analytics and automated decision support systems. It is noted that digitalisation does not only include the introduction of modern tools, but also the transformation of management approaches based on the processing and use of data as a strategic resource. It is noted that in order to ensure sustainability and competitiveness in the new digital reality, companies should review their business models, introduce new ways of interacting with customers, optimise internal processes and create a digital corporate culture. The importance of developing digital literacy of employees as a prerequisite for effective integration of innovations into the financial management system is substantiated. The scientific approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to the impact of digital technologies on financial activities are summarised and the main challenges of digital transformation are analysed, in particular those related to data security, the ethics of algorithmic management and regulatory regulation. The result of the transformation is the formation of a cognitive enterprise – an organisation capable of self-learning, rapidly adapting to change and initiating innovative processes. The findings point to the need for a systematic approach to the introduction of digital technologies in financial management, which will ensure the efficiency of resource management, the accuracy of analysis and the transparency of business processes in real time.
