STRATEGY FOR FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article examines the strategy of financial sustainability of enterprises in the context of digitalization, which is becoming particularly relevant in the modern economic environment. The key principles of forming a financial sustainability strategy that takes into account digital transformation and its impact on business processes are considered. Scientific approaches to strategic management of enterprise finances in the context of changes caused by technological development are analyzed. The role of digital technologies in increasing the efficiency of management decisions and optimizing financial flows is determined. The financial strategy for ensuring the sustainability of an enterprise in the context of digitalization is built on a combination of financial and digital sustainability, as key elements of the overall competitiveness of a business. Digital sustainability should reflect the level of ability to timely implement the necessary innovative digital platforms and technologies for the rapid transformation of business processes and overall adaptive effective management of the enterprise. As well as an operational criterion-based response to the challenges and risks of today. Strategic directions for the development of enterprises in the digital economy are identified, including financial and investment planning, the use of digital platforms and flexible management methods. Approaches to improving the financial management system are proposed, aimed at ensuring competitiveness and sustainable development. An analysis of internal and external factors affecting the financial stability of enterprises in the digital environment is conducted. It is proven that digital transformation changes traditional management models and requires the development of adaptive strategies. The importance of innovations in ensuring financial stability and long-term success of enterprises is emphasized. Practical aspects of implementing digital technologies in financial management are highlighted. Recommendations are given for the formation of a strategy for the financial stability of enterprises that takes into account the challenges of digitalization and contributes to their sustainable development.
