АДАПТИВНА ДІАГНОСТИКА РЕСУРСНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано особливості адаптивної діагностики ресурсного забезпечення конкурентоспроможності національної економіки в умовах цифрової трансформації. Сформовано референтну групу країн за п’ятьма стратегічними детермінантами (адаптивна трансформація, цифрова маневреність, Індустрія 4.0, сервісно-логістичні хаби та інноваційна детермінанта). Проведено порівняльний аналіз показників цифровізації, що дозволив ідентифікувати структурну асиметрію в економіці України: поєднання високого інтелектуального потенціалу з низьким рівнем цифровізації внутрішнього реального сектору. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності подолання диспропорції між експортом ІТ-послуг та низьким рівнем автоматизації вітчизняних підприємств для підвищення їхньої адаптивності до глобальних викликів.
