Анотація

У статті досліджено пріоритети інвестиційно-інноваційного розвитку морської галузі України в умовах євроінтеграції з акцентом на можливості використання інструментів Ukraine Facility та Ukraine Investment Framework для модернізації портової системи. Обґрунтовано, що відновлення морської галузі має здійснюватися як комплексний процес, що поєднує інфраструктурну модернізацію, цифрову трансформацію, безпекову відповідність, розвиток мультимодальних зв’язків і посилення інституційної спроможності. Визначено пріоритети для портів Великої Одеси, дунайського напряму та морської адміністрації. Розкрито роль змішаного фінансування, технічної допомоги, цифрових платформ та митної інтеграції у підвищенні ефективності й кредитоспроможності проєктів. Доведено, що поєднання регуляторних реформ, цифровізації та механізмів зниження ризиків є передумовою підвищення інвестиційної привабливості галузі.
