AGILE ЯК УПРАВЛІНСЬКА ІННОВАЦІЯ В ПРОЄКТНОМУ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТІ: МЕЖІ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ТА РИЗИКИ ІМІТАЦІЙНОГО ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ
Анотація
У статті Agile розглядається як управлінська інновація в проєктному менеджменті, спрямована на підвищення адаптивності організацій в умовах високої невизначеності та стратегічної турбулентності. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростаючим розривом між декларованою інноваційністю Agile та реальними управлінськими й економічними результатами його масового впровадження. У результаті ідентифіковано три базові механізми деградації Agile: інституційну імітацію управлінських практик, поведінкові обмеження управлінського мислення та управлінський вакуум у системі стратегічної координації. Обґрунтовано авторське поняття імітаційного Agile як форми втрати інноваційної цінності. Практичне значення полягає у можливості використання запропонованої рамки для діагностики меж ефективності Agile-трансформацій і зниження управлінських ризиків.
