ЗНАЧЕННЯ ГРОШОВИХ ПЕРЕКАЗІВ МІГРАНТІВ ДЛЯ ЕКОНОМІК МОЛДОВИ, РУМУНІЇ, ПОЛЬЩІ ТА УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено вплив грошових переказів на ринок праці Молдови, Румунії, Польщі та України в 2019–2024 рр. Показано, що для Молдови та України перекази є вагомою складовою ВВП, тоді як Румунія має помірну залежність, а Польща після 2022 р. дедалі більше виступає країною-донором переказів для українських домогосподарств. На основі статистики Світового Банку, МВФ, ОЕСР, МОМ, Національного банку України та Національного банку Польщі простежено динаміку грошових переказів у відсотках до ВВП та проаналізовано взаємозв’язок із рівнем зайнятості. Запропоновано підходи до державної політики, спрямовані на перетворення грошових переказів з джерела пасивного споживання на чинник довгострокового розвитку ринку праці, зокрема шляхом стимулювання інвестиційної спрямованості переказів, підтримки підприємництва мігрантів та підвищення якості людського капіталу.
