РОЛЬ ВЕЛИКОЇ ТРІЙКИ У ФОРМУВАННІ ГЛОБАЛІЗОВАНИХ ТРУДОРЕСУРСНИХ ПОТОКІВ
Анотація
У статті досліджується роль Великої Трійки (BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street) у трансформації світового ринку праці та формуванні глобалізованих трудоресурсних потоків. Уточнено теоретичне розуміння Big Three як структурного актора, який через портфельну домінацію впливає на корпоративні стратегії, просторову логіку розміщення виробництва і транснаціональні потоки ресурсів. Проведено аналіз зарубіжних і українських досліджень щодо фінансових ринків та міжнародної трудової міграції й виявлено наукову прогалину, пов’язану з недостатнім урахуванням опосередкованого впливу Великої Трійки на структуру попиту на працю та географію робочих місць. Доведено, що інвестиційні стратегії Великої Трійки детермінують реструктуризацію глобальних ланцюгів вартості, формування нових центрів зайнятості та перерозподіл трудових потоків між регіонами, що зумовлює стійкий попит на STEM-кваліфікації та посилює міжнародну мобільність кадрів. Зроблено висновок про те, що Велика Трійка фактично виступає квазікорпоративним координатором глобальної зайнятості, здатним через перерозподіл капіталу задавати напрями й темпи еволюції трудоресурсних потоків, що визначає необхідність подальших кількісних та регіональних досліджень, зокрема для України.
