THE CLASSIFICATION AND CHARACTERISTIC OF FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN MACHINE-BUILDING FACTORIES
Abstract
Purpose – consider conditions and factors that influence on innovation activity, as well as develop classification and description of key factors which slowing down and stimulate innovation introduction at machine-building enterprise. Methodology of research. The theoretical basis of the study is scientific works by local and foreign scientists, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine. General scientific and special methods were used in the research process, in particular: a method of generalization – for the investigation of theoretical foundations of the concept of "factor" and the analysis of this concept, which is given to other researchers; system approach – for creation the classification and characteristics of factors of innovative development. Findings. The analysis of the definition of "factor" innovation development; group are those factors were not taken into account by other scientists. This is characteristic of factors, which prevent and promote the development of innovative activity. The are description of factors , which slow down and stimulate development and innovation, and those that have influence on global, macro-, meso-, micro-levels. Originality consists of elaboration the classification of factors of innovative development in machine-building factory, using the method of multi-classification by devision into the blocks. Practical value. The results of research are the basis for solving practical problems for concerning the improvement of innovation on machine-building factory. The detailed investigation of each factor from the above classification will provide an opportunity to achieve sustainable development factory.
