THE PRODUCTION FACTORS INTELLECTUALIZATION IN ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
Purpose is to substantiate the conceptual provisions concerning the content of the production factors intellectualization in agricultural production and elaboration of practical recommendations for its activation in the context of agricultural enterprises innovative development. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the underlying principles of the economic theory, a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, the development and research of domestic and foreign scientists on issues of production factors intellectualization. In the research used such methods as: abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations and the formulation of conclusions, clarification of concepts relating to the subject of the research); Economics and statistics, in particular techniques: a comparison (comparison of actual data with earlier periods), time series (to detect trends of development of the studied phenomena, the causes of individual changes their settings). Findings. On the basis of studying and generalization of Ukrainian and foreign experience the essence of production factors intellectualization was defined. The appraisal of the performance and the investing on domestic agricultural enterprises and of science branches, which affected the activation of the production factors intellectualization process, was done. The main causes of the low level of innovations implementation in agricultural enterprises and suggestions to their elimination were proposed. Originality. The interpretation of the essence of the concept of “intellectualization of factors of production” was improved, which is based on anthropological approach that considers human capital as a form of economic activity inherent in the innovation economy. Practical value. The obtained results will contribute to the implementation of the strategy of agricultural enterprises innovative development, and can be applied to develop the strategy of entrepreneurship scientific support in rural areas within the framework of the joint project of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food and the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine.
