ORGANIZATION: CHANGE OF PARADIGM AND HIERARCHY OF FORCES OF INFLUENCE ON SUCCESS OF ACTIVITY
Abstract
Purpose is a theoretical research of modification of going is near understanding of concept «organizations», determination and ground of his essence, maintenance, criteria of the successful functioning and establishment of hierarchy forces which influence on successful activity. Methodology of research. In basis of researches works are fixed both scientific (analysis, supervision) and special, methods of cognition. Methods of analysis and supervision are the essences used for a ground, maintenance, criteria of the successful functioning and establishment of hierarchy forces which influence on successful activity. Methods of cognition are drawn on for research researches of modification of going near understanding of concept «organizations». Findings. It is well-proven that in a socio-economic aspect development is indissolubly related to the change of paradigm of concept of organization. It is marked that the correct understanding of modification of paradigm of concept of organization is related to finding out of evolutional transformation of its essence. Basic descriptions are resulted, what inherent organizations as to the higher form of development of the system. Three models of evolutional changes of concept of organization are exposed. Forces which transform successful activity and often result in unsatisfactory results are modelled and considered. A conclusion is done that development of organization is a purposeful transition to the higher level of integration and differentiation simultaneously. This process must be based on cognition of basic properties of organization as a higher form of the purposeful systems. Due to it organization promotes the ability and desire to satisfy interests of both the constituents (members) and constituents of external environment. It is thus needed to take into account a role and value of two aspects of process of development, namely to differentiation and integration of the constituents. Originality consists in clarification of criteria of the successful functioning and establishment of hierarchy forces which influence on successful activity on the basis of methods of cognition. Practical value consists in that the substantive provisions of this research in form methodical recommendations can be used organizations for the increase of the ability and desire to satisfy interests of both the constituents (members) and constituents of external environment.
