ANALYS OF INTRODUCTION OF WORLD EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING

Abstract

Purpose - analysis of foreign experience implementing building information modeling (BIM) with the nation, public and society, enterprises of the building industry and possibilities using in Ukraine. Methodology of research. Has been used the dialectical method of knowledge and a systematic approach and techniques of abstract logical method, namely, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison in paper. Findings. Implementing models of BIM in the world is growing rapidly, and often with government support. The European Parliament encourages Member States to use BIM public procurement in construction, not reduced pace BIM in North America and Southeast Asia. In Ukraine there is a partial development of the technology of information modeling, which has mostly focal in nature and does not stimulated state in Ukraine. Has been discussed detail the process of implementation of BIM in the UK, Germany and Poland in paper. Originality. The majority people of European countries at different times and different ways came to the same conclusion - the need to introduce information modeling in construction, especially in the field of public procurement. Ukrainian Government Supports introduces BIM in the implementation of government orders. It will be logical and consistent step in our state elected European policy development budget save and improve the quality of the work. Practical value. Has been conducted analyzes the foreign experience introducing methods in building information modeling can be used by construction companies, NGOs and public associations, state bodies, including the implementation of the state order in paper.
