ENSURING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES THROUGH THE INTEGRATION OF ANTI-CRISIS STRATEGIES IN CONDITIONS OF TOTAL CRISIS
Abstract
The article considers the current problems of ensuring the competitiveness of industrial enterprises in conditions of total crisis by integrating anti-crisis strategies. The author analyzes modern challenges that affect the stability and development of the industrial sector, in particular economic, social and technological factors that generate systemic risks for enterprises. A comprehensive approach to the formation of anti-crisis strategies is proposed, which involves the synergistic integration of measures to optimize production processes, financial management, innovative development and personnel management. Based on theoretical research and practical examples from the real sector of the economy, key mechanisms for adapting enterprises to crisis conditions that ensure their competitiveness are identified. Special attention is paid to the issues of proactive risk management, the formation of strategic reserves and the development of flexible business models. The results of the study can be used as a basis for developing effective policies to support industrial enterprises and improving the corporate governance system during periods of economic instability. The article will be useful to scientists, managers, as well as practitioners dealing with the problems of crisis management and strategic development of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to study and substantiate effective approaches to ensuring the competitiveness of industrial enterprises by integrating anti-crisis strategies in conditions of total crisis. The work aims to analyze modern challenges, identify key factors of the crisis' impact on the functioning of enterprises, and develop comprehensive strategic solutions that will contribute to the stabilization of activities, preservation of market positions and further development of industrial sectors in unstable economic conditions. Modern industrial enterprises are in a total crisis, characterized by the instability of the economic environment, increasing risks, technological changes and increased competition in both domestic and foreign markets. Globalization trends and frequent external and internal shocks significantly complicate the process of enterprise management, undermining their ability to function effectively and develop. In such conditions, traditional approaches to ensuring competitiveness are insufficient, which necessitates the integration of innovative anti-crisis strategies that can prevent the negative consequences of the crisis and ensure the stable development of enterprises.
