CIRCULAR ECONOMY – A DRIVER FOR STRENGTHENING THE TRANSFER POTENTIAL OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article reveals the concept of a circular economy as a strategic driver of strengthening the transfer potential of enterprises. The essence of the concept of a circular economy was investigated, which indicated a diversity of views in the scientific and academic environment. It was determined that the «circular economy» is interpreted as an economic system, model, or effective tool for ensuring sustainable development. These approaches dynamically evolve under the influence of external and internal factors, which enhances the significance of the concept of circularity and its determining influence on the modern economy. It is proposed that the concept of «circular economy» should be understood as a model of relationships between business entities, government agencies, and society, which allows for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of activities through the use of innovative technologies and knowledge. Implemented through the principles of closedness and reuse of materials, it simultaneously minimizes energy dependence, which in modern conditions is a priority task at the national level. It is emphasized that the conceptual principles of the circular economy demonstrate a close relationship with the transfer potential of enterprises, ensuring sustainable development through the rational use of available resources and sources of financing. It has been proven that the transfer potential is a supporting function of enterprise development, implemented through technological, resource, and information flows. The proposed interaction model demonstrates that the implementation of the transfer potential involves the adaptation and transformation of business processes, which create conditions for the systematic implementation of the principles of the circular economy. In particular, this potential allows you to identify resources suitable for secondary use and assess the possibilities of transition to closed production cycles. It has been proven that the synergy of the circular model and transfer potential ensures the maximum effect of sustainable development of enterprises. At the same time, taking into account existing transfers allows you to timely identify destructive factors that inhibit the activities of business entities.
