MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT SUPPORT FOR INNOVATION ACTIVITIES, INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF IT ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF BUSINESS DIGITALIZATION AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article studies the theoretical and methodological foundations of management of investment support of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises in the field of information technology in the context of business digitalization and European integration. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that the state of the modern economy of the country and the prospects for its post-war recovery largely depend on the intensity and scale of investment processes in all spheres and directions of the country's economic activity. Investments are the main resource and source of implementation of investment and innovation projects of both post-war reconstruction and high-tech development, which will be provided by the development of innovations, and the activity of investment provision directly affects the state of implementation of innovation activities and, as a result, the innovative development of enterprises. The article is aimed at studying the issues of management of investment support for innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises in the field of information technology in the context of digitalization of business and European integration. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of observation, comparison, analysis, abstraction, project, system, integrated scientific approaches. The scientific results obtained consist in identifying the main components of management of investment support of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises in the field of information technology in the context of digitalization and European integration: management of the innovation process, which involves the implementation of a set of actions of planning, organization, motivation, coordination and control over the creation, implementation and commercialization of innovative goods or processes; management of investment provision involves the management of the processes of attracting, accumulating, distributing investments aimed at financing the implementation of innovation and investment projects, development, creation and implementation of innovations; management of resources for innovation activity of enterprise, which is a systematic process of ensuring investment and innovation activity, necessary for its successful implementation by the volume of financial (investment), personnel, technological, material, information resources, time resources; management of digital innovation software, which is a set of methods, tools and tools for the introduction of new digital, innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, augmented reality, blockchain and others in business processes for managing investment and innovation activities of enterprises. Prospects for further research are the feasibility of further consideration of the implementation of digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence technologies in order to optimize the management of investment and innovation processes; development of risk management mechanisms for investment and innovation projects; study of changes in the transformation of the organization of structures in order to increase flexibility and adaptability of management and study of other aspects of investment support of innovation activity, innovative development.
