PROJECT-BASED APPROACH TO MANAGING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES FOR STRENGTHENING INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation a systematic vision of the impact of managing sustainable development of business processes on the investment attractiveness and innovative activity of enterprise and the application of a project-based approach to managing sustainable development of business processes for strengthening the resilience of enterprise in unpredictable conditions (based on military risks). This involved identifying patterns in the investment and innovation activity of enterprise in unpredictable conditions. In particular, the signs of resilience of the business process management system in unpredictable conditions (based on military risks) are identified. In terms of strengthening robustness and resilience of enterprise ecosystem in unpredictable conditions, the transformation impact of sustainable business processes on the investment attractiveness and innovative activity of enterprise has been highlighted. ESG criteria and new ESG business models are considered in the context of strategic planning for the management of sustainable business processes and their resilience. The components of ensuring a system for managing the sustainable development of business processes have been identified. In this regard, the introduction of eco-innovations into production processes and ensuring product quality are of particular importance. At the same time, the functioning of enterprises in unpredictable conditions caused by military actions requires operational and flexible management models. The main models of project analysis of investment and innovation activity of enterprise in the context of sustainable business process management have been identified. The integration of a project approach to managing sustainable development of business processes for strengthening the investment attractiveness and innovation activity of enterprise is proposed. Applying this approach to managing the sustainable development of business processes allows identifying available resource potential and directing it toward the most important business processes, including the development and introduction of innovations.
