INVESTING OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Purpose. Researching of investment support of agrarian enterprises and entrepreneurship in Ukraine, separating of key issues and determining of perspective orders of improving with taking in account priorities of development and range of risks which are inherent to current investment environment. Methodology of research. Dialectical methods of scientific cognition, systematic, logical and analytical methods are used to achieve the purpose and to resolve problems. General scientific methods are used in the process of research. Among these methods are: economic and statistic method which is used to generalize trends of investment development of agrarian enterprises; tabular method to demonstrate results of research of volume and sources of capital investments by types of economic activities of enterprises and assets; abstract and logical to configure the conclusions and propositions. Findings. The trends of investment development of agrarian enterprises of Khmelnytskyi Region and of Ukraine are generalized. Volume and main sources of financing into investment activity and ways of activation of investment entrepreneurship are systemized. Priority orders of investment of enterprises are separated. There is found out that the effective development of economy as a priority order of perspective social and economic development is possible only on condition of activating of investment activity of enterprises. Investment of enterprises would be aimed to modernization, technical rearmament to support extending of manufacturing volume, increasing of effectiveness, and of competitiveness, and arising of citizens’ welfare, and improving of image of Ukraine in the world. Hard control on implementing of investment agreements by enterprises and by bodies of authority to prevent to cases of unjustified allocation and misuse of funds is recommended to establish. Agrarian enterprises have to be more active involved into the investment environment. They have to take part in investment forums and to offer their investment projects, to increase their effectiveness of activity and profitability to form an attractive investment image, to carry out the optimal distribution of free financial resources between spheres of activity, and also to carry out monitoring of investment objects and to estimate correctly an effect on investment. There is found out that the mechanism of investment support demands the following working out. Besides, perspective sources of investment activity have to be grounded as well as models of development of investment activity and investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises in different legal forms, and as increasing of investment efficiency. The support and stimulating of general economic arising, ecological and food safety, decreasing of poverty level demand the following working out too. Originality. Scientific approaches to investment into development of agrarian enterprises are improved. The issue on influencing of investment of agrarian enterprises to development of economy is researched. Orders of activation of investment activity of enterprises, which is based on purposes of economic arising and providing of competitiveness domestic goods in the world market as well as improving of image of Ukraine, to implement programs of social and economic development, are defined. Practical value. Results of research can be used by investors, enterprises and business environment, and organizations and citizens to activate an investment development, which demands a comprehensive settlement and is related to necessity to support a real sector of the economy by the state as well as necessity to stimulate financial and entrepreneurial sectors to investment activity. In the process of using of the results of research it is necessary to take into account that the investment development also demands diversification of investment goods, introduction of new technologies, meeting the needs of consumers, development of new markets, and support by the state and, working out and implementing of investment strategy of enterprises.
