WAYS TO INCREASE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF IT ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The development of information technologies and the intensification of global competition determine the relevance of finding effective mechanisms for increasing the competitiveness of IT enterprises. A special role in this process is played by IT clusters and international strategic alliances. The purpose of the article is to study the role of IT clusters and strategic alliances in increasing the competitiveness of IT enterprises and to identify ways to improve their functioning. The research design is based on a combination of theoretical analysis and a comparative approach to studying the activities of Ukrainian and foreign IT clusters. The practical experience of international strategic technological alliances is summarized. A comparative assessment of their impact on the competitive positions of enterprises is carried out. The main hypothesis of the study is the statement that the combination of cluster interaction and participation in strategic alliances forms sustainable competitive advantages of IT enterprises. The methodological basis of the study is the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization and a systematic approach. A structural-logical method is used to form conclusions. The study analyzed the impact of IT clusters on the competitiveness of enterprises. The features of the functioning of Ukrainian and foreign clusters were summarized. The advantages of enterprise participation in cluster formations were established. The role of international strategic alliances in expanding market opportunities and reducing risks was characterized. The main problems of managing partnership interactions were identified. Directions for increasing the efficiency of cluster and alliance cooperation were proposed. The theoretical significance of the study is to deepen scientific approaches to combining cluster interaction and strategic alliances. The practical significance is determined by the possibility of using the results in the activities of IT enterprises and cluster organizations. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive substantiation of the synergy of IT clusters and international strategic alliances as tools for increasing competitiveness. Prospects for further research are related to the quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of these forms of interaction.
