PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTING HR ENGINEERING IN ENTERPRISES OF THE COSMETICS INDUSTRY
Abstract
The study explores the specifics of implementing HR engineering in enterprises within the cosmetics industry under conditions of dynamic market development, intense competition, and the growing importance of human capital as a strategic resource. The relevance of HR engineering is substantiated as a comprehensive personnel management tool that combines methods of optimization, digital transformation, and automation of HR processes. The key factors driving the need to adapt HR practices to industry-specific conditions are identified, including seasonal demand fluctuations, a high proportion of manual labor, the creative nature of work, and the demand for innovation. The stages of HR engineering implementation are systematized: personnel planning, job analysis, onboarding and training management, competency assessment, talent pool development, recruitment, performance evaluation, motivation, labor discipline enforcement, and documentation support. Particular attention is given to the development of creative potential, the use of modern HRM systems, automation of qualification tracking, construction of individual career development paths, digital learning, mentoring programs, and mechanisms for evaluating employees’ innovative contributions. Practical examples of HR engineering implementation are provided, including partnerships with specialized educational institutions, the use of AI in recruitment, launching internal innovation contests, supporting inclusion, and developing flexible organizational structures. It is proven that effective implementation of HR engineering solutions contributes to improving the competitiveness, adaptability, innovativeness, and resilience of cosmetics industry enterprises. The obtained results may serve as a foundation for developing personnel management strategies aimed at the long-term development of enterprises in the industry. Prospects for further research have been identified in the direction of developing a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of specific HR tools and substantiating approaches to their improvement in the context of digitalization and the transformation of the global cosmetics market.
