Анотація

Метою статті є узагальнення підходів до формування кліматичних індикаторів, що використовуються міжнародними організаціями для оцінювання прогресу у пом’якшенні зміни клімату та адаптації до неї. Застосовано методи порівняльного аналізу й систематизації. Досліджено практики Організація економічного співробітництва та розвитку та Міжнародний валютний фонд щодо структурування показників за екологічними, економічними, фінансовими й соціальними вимірами та інтеграції кліматичних ризиків у макроекономічну політику. Обґрунтовано можливість використання цих підходів для розвитку національної системи кліматичного врядування й планування зеленого відновлення.
