ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ ЗЕЛЕНИХ ПРАКТИК УПРАВЛІННЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ З ЦІЛЯМИ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ, ЗАСНОВАНА НА ПІДХОДІ AMO
Анотація
У статті розроблено теоретичну модель інтеграції Green HRM-практик із Цілями сталого розвитку на основі AMO-підходу. Проведено бібліометричний аналіз 484 публікацій Scopus за 2013–2025 роки, що виявив експоненційне зростання наукового інтересу до проблематики та географічну концентрацію досліджень в Азії. Систематизовано Green HRM-практики за компонентами AMO-теорії: здатності (зелений рекрутинг, навчання), мотивація (управління результативністю, компенсація), можливості (залучення, наділення повноваженнями). Обґрунтовано медіаторну роль екологічної поведінки працівників – рольової та добровільної – у зв'язку між Green HRM та організаційними результатами. Побудовано матрицю зв'язків Green HRM-практик із SDG 8, SDG 12, SDG 13. Сформульовано шість пропозицій для емпіричної верифікації моделі.
