ФОРМУВАННЯ ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ МОТИВАЦІЇ ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ЕКОНОМІКО-УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ
Анотація
У статті розглядається процес становлення внутрішньої мотивації студентів економіко-управлінських спеціальностей з точки зору освітнього менеджменту. Здійснено аналіз як традиційних, так і новітніх мотиваційних концепцій, які розкривають сутність механізмів формування внутрішнього спонукання. Визначено основні фактори, що впливають на розвиток мотиваційних установок у студентів. Обґрунтовано умови, що сприяють розвитку внутрішньої мотивації в освітньому середовищі, а саме автономію, практичну значущість навчального матеріалу, можливості для самореалізації, підтримуючий стиль взаємодії викладачів та освітню інфраструктуру. На основі результатів дослідження запропоновано управлінські стратегії для створення сприятливого мотиваційного клімату у вишах. Практична цінність статті полягає в удосконаленні методик підтримки внутрішньої мотивації задля покращення підготовки майбутніх спеціалістів.
