СТАЛЕ ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ В ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОЇ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним аспектам впливу сталого інвестування на формування міжнародної конкурентоспроможності національної економіки в умовах цифрової та зеленої трансформації. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні підходи та стратегії сталого інвестування призводять до стимулювання інноваційного розвитку. Наведено теоретичну інтерпретацію сталої конкурентоспроможності як багатовимірного поняття. На основі аналізу останніх результатів Індексу сталої конкурентоспроможності продемонстровано, що країни з високим рівнем сталого інвестування посідають лідерські позиції у глобальних рейтингах конкурентоспроможності. Надано характеристику основним тенденціям в стратегіях сталого інвестування поряд із аналізом динаміки обсягів сталого інвестування. На основі аналізу поточного стану сталого фінансування в Україні були ідентифіковані ряд проблем його розвитку. Одним із ключових ризиків виокремлено відсутність окремого структурного державного підрозділу влади з просування сталих іноземних інвестицій, основні функції якого було окремо визначено.
