INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE ATTRACTION AND RETENTION OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL UNDER COMPETITIVE TALENT-SEEKING CONDITIONS

Abstract

This article is devoted to the topical topic of personnel management in the modern business environment of Ukraine. In the context of high competition in the labor market and a shortage of highly qualified personnel, a variety of innovative strategies and approaches are being explored to help organizations attract and retain talented personnel. It is important to emphasize that the modern labor market is characterized by instability and constant changes, which require companies to adapt and implement innovative approaches in personnel management. Through a detailed analysis of the theoretical concepts of attracting and retaining personnel, the article examines a conceptual approach to effective personnel management in conditions of high competition among employer organizations. A comprehensive approach to solving the problem of the lack of qualified personnel is proposed, which is based on the use of innovative methods and strategies of human resources management. The importance and expediency of using each of the innovative approaches to attracting new personnel, as well as retaining existing valuable talents of the organization, is argued. The article provides clear methods and ways of implementing innovative approaches in personnel management, which will help to ensure the competitiveness of the organization in the modern market environment. The specified information is important for understanding the needs of modern business and ensuring its success and stability in the unstable market conditions. The article considers important aspects, such as the creation of open communication and corporate culture in the organization, which promotes mutual understanding and the involvement of employees in active participation in the life of the company. Attention is also paid to investing in training and staff development, which stimulates the development of professional skills and personal growth of employees. Fostering a positive organizational culture is another important aspect of attracting and retaining talented staff. This covers aspects such as creating a supportive work environment, maintaining work-life balance, ensuring safety, and encouraging creativity and initiative among employees. Finally, the article draws attention to the evaluation of results and correction of the personnel management strategy. It is important to regularly analyze the effectiveness of the applied methods and strategies for attracting and retaining staff and, if necessary, make adjustments to achieve the best results. Thoughtful planning and systematic monitoring allow companies to maintain a high level of commitment and motivation of personnel, which are key success factors in today's labor market. Such a comprehensive approach to personnel management becomes an important tool for achieving competitive advantages and ensuring the stable development of the organization in the conditions of the modern business environment.
