Methodology of research. The following methods of research are used in the article: system analysis, systematization, generalization – in studying the preconditions, factors and results of the functioning of the essential characteristics, types and functions of the constituent parts of inclusive institutions; institutional analysis – in the study of the influence of the institutional environment on social values; structural and functional analysis – in identifying the trends of development and activity of the main inclusive institutions and assessing their effectiveness; abstract and logical – for generalizations and formation of conclusions. Findings. The popularity of the concept of inclusive institutions is highlighted in the article and the problems of the influence of morality, spiritual guidelines and ideological ideals on the economic activity of society, which becomes not only an actual scientific idea but also a centre of acute social discussion aimed at finding a balance between rationality and morality as universal value, which should harmonize our society, are considered. Various approaches to understanding the effect of morality on the economic behaviour of the subject of society in terms of inclusion are analyzed. Originality. The priority of morality that influences the economic behaviour of the subject of society in the conditions of social and educational inclusion in Ukraine is determined. The influence of morality on the economic behaviour of the subject of society on the implementation of the corresponding principles and laws on the rights of people with exceptional needs is substantiated. The term “inclusion” is specified as one of the main elements of an open society, aimed at overcoming social inequality. Practical value. The obtained results of the study will contribute to the improvement of social and educational inclusion in Ukraine by adopting a strategy for providing resources aimed at supporting groups of the population or individuals who are in a disadvantaged position. It will promote the revitalization of economic socialization of morality in conditions of social and educational inclusion.
