METHODOLOGY-ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF MODERNIZATION OF PRODUCTIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF REGIONAL SPACE
Abstract
Purpose – the development of methodological foundations of the process of modernization of industrial infrastructure system of regional economic space based on logistic transformations. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study are research works of domestic and foreign scholars on the modernization of social and economic systems. The dialectical method of cognition were used in the article. The article used the following methods: a systematic and structural analysis, logical generalization – the study of the formation of scientific positions and forming the methodological foundations of the modernization of production infrastructure; graphic – for a visual image and a schematic presentation of research results; abstract logic – to form conclusions and suggestions about choosing the model of realization the processes of modernization of infrastructure building and study the effect on regional development. Findings. Were developed methodological and organizational basis for the modernization of infrastructure potential, revealing the transformation process on the basis of the formation of thread-network model of regional economic space. The transformed system acquires new properties, including genetics, integrative, synergistic. It is proved that the modernization of the infrastructure should begin with a meso-level, creating an exclusive regional logistic systems of industrial infrastructure. It was determined that the success of realization of the modernization of the infrastructure potential will ensure the integration of infrastructure industries in the European network and the effective use of available natural and historic strengths. Originality. The developed methodological positions of modernizing the region's productional infrastructure, in contrast to the existing, provide the transformation based on implementation to the system of logical competence and forming thread-network model that facilitates the integration of the national infrastructure complex into the European network. Practical value. These findings have practical value in the development of regional strategies and programs of development in the context of the European integration vector.
