MECHANISMS AND SPECIFIC OF CRISIS BANK BUSINESS ARE IN FORMER SOVIET COUNTRIES
Abstract
Purpose – development of theoretical, methodological positions and practical recommendations in relation to mechanisms and specific of crisis a crisis of the bank business in former soviet countries. Methodology of research. In basis of researches works are fixed both scientific (analysis, supervision) and special, methods of cognition. The methods of analysis and supervision are used for research of mechanisms of crisis bank business in former Soviet countries. Methods of cognition are the specifics of crisis bank business used for a ground in former Soviet countries. Findings. Great Recession of 2007-2008 gripped both lending markets, insurance, and securities and this proved that the problem of maintaining financial stability have not been adequately evaluated. The financial and economic crisis and entered a former Soviet and former socialist countries. The actual process they evolved differently, which was due to the degree of openness of the economies of these countries and the state of their financial systems. Substantiates the view that the banking system former Soviet countries mostly affected and the wave of the global financial crisis that has spread from advanced economies. It is proved that an important factor in the deployment and strengthening of banking crises in some countries, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Moldova was a decrease in remittances of migrant workers. Painful global financial crisis hit the banking systems of the former Soviet countries that are most dependent on international capital markets. Originality. Grounded basic mechanisms of crisis bank business in former Soviet countries and outlined specific of his overcoming. Practical value: research results can be offered for introduction in a bank sector which will promote him to effective development.
