FORMATION OF THE PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT SYSTEM OF THE INNOVATION-DRIVEN ENTERPRISE
Abstract
Purpose - development of theoretical, methodological principles and practical guidelines for the formation of the personnel assessment system of the innovation-driven enterprise. Methodology of research. In the course of research, general scientific and special scientific cognition methods have been utilized, among them: critical analysis, scientific abstraction and conceptual generalization of the scientific experience from contemporary theoretical studies (when defining the ways of improving the conceptual framework, studying theoretical principles and scientific approaches for formulating the assessment system), correlation and regression analysis (impact of the personnel properties upon its development); gradation system evaluation (when reviewing skills and qualifications grades of the enterprise personnel). Findings. The work contains the substantiation of the essence, the peculiarities and the properties of the personnel employed at innovation-driven enterprise. Analysis is conducted to reveal the disadvantages of the traditional approach to personnel certification. An influence of the personnel properties upon its development is determined. A calculation for assessing the gradation of the qualification categories revision for enterprise personnel is conducted. Define the elements of the innovation policy of the enterprise: the media innovation (creative personality), user innovation (client or group of clients), as well as the institutions that ensure the implementation of innovations in process activities (primarily businesses). Defined quality innovative personalities, such as: openness to experience, critical thinking, the ability to overcome stereotypes in your career, adequate self-esteem, readiness to enhance exploratory behavior in response to stimulus novelty, inherited oppression or complete cessation of leading activity and perseverance. Originality consists in the formation of the system of personnel assessment of innovation-driven enterprise on the basis of attributive approach. Practical value. The developed methodology of assessment can be utilized in the strategic and tactical planning of enterprise personnel development.
