ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONING INTEGRATION RELATIONS IN THE PRODUCTION OF PIG BREEDING
Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for the formation of the integration production structures in the manufacture, processing and realization of pig production. Methodology of the study. The following methods were used in the paper: dialectical, abstract and logical, system analysis; analytical comparisons; complex analysis; statistical and economic; monographic – for substantiation of the process for cresting integrated units of tribal enterprises, and in the future commodity on the basis of horizontal integration in the form of associations, leasing, renting, holding etc. Findings. It has been proved that creation of integrated units of tribal enterprises, and in the future commodity on the basis of horizontal integration in the form of association will allow tribal enterprises to join forces, build a mutually beneficial relationship on the basis of such forms of partnerships as leasing, renting of unused space and facilities, joint production of feed, realization and processing of products, the use of technology as a means of mobilizing internal resources for increasing efficiency, lobbying interests and raising competitive capacity of agricultural producers who are engaged in tribal and trade pig breeding. Originality. It was proposed the model of the holding with production, processing and marketing pig breeding based on the modern innovative technologies is the association of large specialized farms of the region for growing and fattening pigs, which are separate now and conduct largely unprofitable activity, meat processing, mixed feed, service enterprises and enterprises of firm trade. Practical value. It has been proved that the transition from small-scale mixed systems of agricultural production that is based on local resources, to large-scale systems of industrial production will lead to the changes, in particular, in the distribution of enterprises in the sector of pig breeding.
