CONCEPT OF LOANS AS A SOURCE OF FINANCIAL INNOVATION OF AGRICULTURE
Abstract
Purpose - to outline the basic constitutive attributes and stages of bank lending by providing innovative development of agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of research is the scientific work of economists which considered lending AIC. During the study, defined for the purpose of relevant results, commonly used in economics methods: abstract-logical method - with justification theoretical generalizations and conclusions; monographic analytical method - the study of literature; method of analysis and synthesis - to assess the attractiveness of innovative agriculture; method of grouping and summarizing - to justify the need for new approaches to defining the essence of credit relations with banks farms. Findings. The article discusses the mechanism of bank lending to agricultural enterprises. The necessity of development and implementation of a comprehensive system of financial support for innovation by encouraging banks to lend innovation in agriculture. Originality. Improved theoretical interpretation of the essence of the concept of "farm credit relations with banks"; the structure of the mechanism of financial support agricultural enterprises, the main components are: level, system software, methods, instruments and tools; tactical and strategic direction of solvency of agricultural enterprises, describing reduce the risk of loss of solvency in the short and long run. Practical value. The results serve as a research base for effective agricultural lending and increasing the capacity of innovation in agriculture.
